This section applies to all applications (apps) published by Shift Web Design Pty Ltd on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform. Where we publish multiple apps, this policy applies to each of them unless a separate, app-specific policy is provided and linked from within that app.
Information We May Collect
Depending on the features of a given app, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account Data: If an app requires registration, we collect your name, email address, username, and password (stored in encrypted form). We never store passwords in plain text.
- Device and Technical Data: Device type, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFV), IP address, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

- Payment Data: If an app includes purchases, payment transactions are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers or banking details.
- Location Data: If an app requests access to your location, this will be disclosed clearly at the time of the request. You may deny or revoke location access at any time through your device settings. We only collect location data where it is necessary for app functionality.
- Camera and Microphone: If an app requires access to your camera or microphone, this will be disclosed clearly before access is requested. We do not record or transmit camera or microphone data without your knowledge.
- Notifications: If you opt in to push notifications, we collect a device push token to deliver those notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time through your device settings.
- User-Generated Content: If an app allows you to submit content (such as text, images, or files), that content is stored and processed to provide the app's functionality.

For users aged 13 to 17, we encourage parental guidance when using our apps.
App Store Platform Requirements
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Each platform has its own privacy and data safety disclosures that we maintain in accordance with their policies. The data disclosed in those platform-specific labels (Apple's Privacy Nutrition Label and Google's Data Safety section) is consistent with this policy. In the event of any inconsistency, this policy takes precedence.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you become aware of a security vulnerability or breach relating to our apps, please notify us immediately at shiftwebdesignsupport@gmail.com.

When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email where we hold your contact details. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
